While investing 110 million yuan in technological transformation, it has introduced high-end technical talents, formed a scientific research team, and successfully developed special valve equipment such as waterwheel precision machines and fully automatic assembly machines. . Compared with its peers, Bomin waterwheel precision machine is more suitable for the production and processing of brass, lead-free copper, aluminum, zinc alloy ball valves, check valves and other products. The machine tool has strong power, stable operation, and adjustable spindle speed. It is equipped with a detector to automatically identify qualified and unqualified products, with an accuracy rate of over 99%, which greatly improves production efficiency and achieves lean goals.
Since the successful development of BH machine tool equipment, it has produced more than 80 sets for self-use and replaced 150 sets of old equipment, saving more than 5 million yuan in cost. Some of the equipment exhibited at this exhibition have been put on the market in batches and have passed the production trial. At the exhibition site, the staff explained and demonstrated operations over and over again, attracting more than 200 merchants from home and abroad to stop and watch, and 15 customers reached initial intentions.
